Kirovohrad Oblast is a region in central Ukraine, known for its agricultural lands, historical landmarks such as the State Historical and Cultural Reserve "Khutir Nadia." Its cultural heritage includes Cossack traditions, folk art, and theatrical traditions.

Administrative Structure: The region is divided into 4 districts, 12 cities, 29 urban-type settlements, and 957 villages. The administrative center is the city of Kropyvnytskyi.
Demographics: As of January 1, 2022, the population of Kirovohrad Oblast was approximately 920 thousand people. Due to Russian aggression, the population has significantly decreased.

The city of Kropyvnytskyi and other settlements in the region have suffered significant destruction as a result of constant shelling. The region has received a large amount of internally displaced persons. As a result of the war, the region has suffered destruction and losses.
